thief comes only in order to steal, kill, and destroy!”
Just
like we ‘sync’ our iphone with our computer…we need to ‘sync’ our mental
computers with God’s Word!
He can
update our old mindsets.
He can
scan for viruses that are corrupting your mental files.
He can
download software into your brain that will prevent the Enemy from hacking into
your account. Remember…he is a thief!
Just
as computers have an operating system, you do too. Is it time to update yours? Maybe the way you’ve always done things
aren’t necessarily the best way…you’re just conditioned. Your life could run so much more smoothly if
you took the time to just press the update button.
Maybe
you’ve given the enemy your password, and now he is acting like a ‘remote user’
into the computer of your mind. You’ve
handed him the control.
Maybe
you’ve ran out of memory…and forgotten all that God has done in your life.
How
about hit the ‘refresh’ button to reload the good content…His Word.
Think
of your mind as a computer and consider who you are allowing to program
it. Just like you wouldn’t hand your
physical computer over to a stranger to do the programming, how much more
carefully should we choose the Programmer of our soul?
